Here's a fun one.
Rurouni Kenshin released on HBO Max's launch on May 27th, 2020. Every episode was originally rated TV-MA. Yes, TV-MA. I was a little confused as to why a show that aired on Toonami back in 2003 could have every episode rated TV-MA. Yes, it was edited on Toonami, but you can't edit a TV-MA into a TV-Y7-FV and make it watchable.
In November 2020, every episode was re-rated. 56 of the episodes were rated TV-MA, with or without descriptors. In March 2021, all 56 of these episodes had their MA's changed to either a PG or 14, with the descriptors remaining the exact same. Since the TV-MAs were very clearly a mistake, I will have an asterisk next to every episode number that was originally MA. So if it says TV-PG-LV and there's an asterisk on the number, that means it was originally TV-MA-LV.
The series left HBO Max on May 27th, 2022.
