Tokyo Revengers released on HBO Max on September 7th, 2021. It started with the first 15 episodes as that's what was available of the dub at the time. New episodes released weekly until November 9th, 2021.
On November 2nd, 2021, the entire series was re-rated TV-14. Since I did not have the personal attachment to Tokyo Revengers like I did with To Your Eternity, I did not message them about this and am just going to wait and see if they do it by themselves or when someone else asks them. Also, the To Your Eternity ratings were far more diverse, so there was less incentive for archival sake.
While I was making the final edits to this page, I checked Tokyo Revengers on HBO Max in both English and Japanese and here's the conclusion that I came up with. Every episode of the Japanese version is rated TV-14. What is below me is the ratings for the English version. If you pull up an episode right now, the English version will show descriptors while the Japanese version will not. Just to add to the confusion, because of this glitch, this re-rated every TV-MA into a TV-14 for the English version. Because of this, I am not sure if the last two episodes are supposed to be TV-14-LV or TV-MA-LV (I'd rate them 14 but the five episodes prior were MA so it wouldn't have surprised me either way). I'll have them as TV-14-LV because that is what is on HBO Max, though just know that it may not be completely accurate.
