Collawash River

Up the Collawash River, there are many waterfalls, both known and unknown.

Pegleg Falls - 21 ft

Pegleg Falls is a block falls located on the Hot Springs Fork of the Collawash River. Access is simple, once you cross the bridge over Blister Creek on FR70 (with 35ft Bliser Creek Falls in sight on your right up the creek), turn left at the second gravel pullover, or park at the paved gate right after on the left also. Hike down towards the river on one of the many user trails, and climb down the fenced path to the falls. The right side of the falls has been blasted out and made into a fish ladder.
